Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund & Replacement

At Satya Digital Print (SatyaDigitalPrint.In), we are committed to delivering the highest quality PVC card printing services across India. Since our products are customized and printed based on customer uploads, refunds and replacements are only available under specific conditions:

• ✅ Printing Defects or Misprints: If the PVC card you receive has quality issues, printing errors, or defects caused by us.
• ✅ Damaged During Transit: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective due to shipping, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos).
• ✅ Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.

• ❌ Customer Upload Errors: Wrong details, spelling mistakes, incorrect file uploads, or poor image quality provided by the customer.
• ❌ Color Variations: Slight color differences due to different monitor displays or device screens.
• ❌ Courier/Delivery Delays: Issues beyond our control such as courier service delays, natural calamities, or force majeure events.
• ❌ Change of Mind: Order cancellation or refund request once printing has started or the product has been dispatched.
• ❌ Normal Wear & Tear: Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your case qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

1. Report Within 3 Days: Email us at satyadigitalprint.in@gmail.com or call +91 80188 30350 within 3 days of receiving your order. Include the following:
   • ✅ Your Order ID or Invoice Number
   • ✅ Clear Photos or Videos showing the defect/damage
   • ✅ A detailed description of the issue
2. Verification & Review: Our customer support team will review your claim within 3-5 working days and verify the issue.
3. Resolution Options: If your claim is approved, you will receive one of the following:
   • 📌 Free Replacement: A new PVC card will be printed and shipped at no extra cost.
   • 📌 Full Refund: If replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Return Shipping Policy

• 📦 Return Address: For approved returns, the defective product must be sent back to:

  AT/PO-Mirzapur, Via/PS-Dharmasala
  Dist-Jajpur, Odisha – 755008

• 🚚 Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer unless the defect is due to our mistake (in which case we will arrange reverse pickup).
• 📋 Return Packaging: Please pack the product securely to avoid further damage during return transit.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

• ✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• ✅ Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, Card, etc.).
• ✅ Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified timeframe:

• ✅ Check your bank account or payment app again.
• ✅ Contact your card issuer or bank as processing delays may occur on their end.
• ✅ If still not received after 15 days, email us at satyadigitalprint.in@gmail.com with your Order ID and payment details.

6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or misprinted. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or design preferences.

To request an exchange:

📩 Email satyadigitalprint.in@gmail.com with proof of the issue (photos/videos) within 3 days of delivery.

7. Gift Orders

If your PVC cards were purchased as a gift:

• 🎁 You may receive a replacement for the defective product.
• 🎁 Refunds for gift orders will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
• 🎁 Store credit or discount vouchers may be provided as an alternative in certain cases.

8. Cancellation Policy

• 📌 Before Printing Starts: Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if notified within 2 hours of placing the order.
• 📌 After Printing Starts: Cancellation is not possible once the printing process has begun.
• 📌 After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Refund/return policies will apply if the product is defective.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
